Tracy has delivered numerous lectures and public speaking events from after dinner speeches to conferences and intimate town halls. The concept of talent transfer fascinates everyone who listens but it is through the power of storytelling and her own experiences of how Tracy has navigated these industries and roles, that enables everyone to consider the possibility of looking at talent differently.

Executive Coaching

For any aspiring talent transferee, Tracy supports value based one to one coaching to help individuals on their own successful performance pathway. Tracy’s philosophy of coaching is collaborative and solution focussed and facilitates the personal and professional growth of the coachee through increased self awareness.

Author

Tracy has completed her PhD in Talent Transfer and written articles and chapters as a result. Tracy is currently writing her own book that will bring the Talent Transfer Lifecycle Model to life as well as share her own unique and challenging experiences.

Tracy understands talent and high performance having worked as Performance Director of Gymnastics. Tracy uses these principles and applies them to bespoke talent programmes for all levels of an organization that wish to hire and nurture diverse talent.
